Dessert

          Dessert is a kind of food which we have normally after meal.People used to have salty and spicy food everyday. Sometimes they could not manage time to make any kind of sweet item everyday. But sweet is a kind of food which helps us to digest food smoothly.Hence, some easy and different kinds of sweets' recipe has been given below-


Pudding                      Pudding       

Ingredients -  1. eggs- 5ps

                         2. milk- 5 tbsp

                        3. water - 3 small t-cups

                        4. sugar - 1 cup

                        5. cardamom pods - 2 ps

                        salt- 1 pinch      

      

Direction- At first take  a bowl  . Bit all the ingredients properly  .  Then take a medium size  sauce-pan . Make caramel with two table spoons sugar into it . The volume of the burner should be low during making caramel. Now  keep it aside to make  it normal. Then pour over  the mixing into it. Set it on a steamer for twenty to thirty minutes.After twenty,   check it with a knife. If nothing comes out  with it then the pudding is ready. Otherwise keep it for more five minutes.                                                                  
                          

 Ice cream Falooda



                                                                                                             
  Ingredients- 1. milk- 1 ltr

     2.  ice cream  - 8/10 scps

      3.  tapioca pearls- 1/2 cup

      4.  chinese noodles- 1/2 cp

      5. corn starch ( broken)- 1 tsp

      6. vanilla essence - 2tsp

      7.  strawberry jello- 1 cp(cube cut)
     
       8. Banana - 1cp  

      9. raisin- 2 tbsp

       10. pesta- 2 tbsp 

       11. sugar- 1/2 cp( required) 

       12. salt-  1/3  tsp

       
       

 Direction -At first wash and soak the tapioca pearls in   a   glass of water  for two hours.Then take a medium size sauce pan and pour the milk into it.Place it on the burner and then add pearls(with water), noodles, corn starch & sugar.Stir it in a medium flame until tapioca pearls and noodles are boiled enough. Becareful, don't stop stirring because the bottom layer of the milk will be burnt. After boiling add venilla essence when the liquid is thick enough. Then give some salt ( 1/3 tsp).Again stir it. Then pour it into a boul. Make it normal in temprature. Now add ice-cream( any flavour but vanilla is better), raisins, pesta, banana and jello. Now enjoy Ice-cream with friends or family.




  Vegatable Halua

                                                     

Sometimes we feel bore having vegetables. Specially , our children don't want to have it. But the children who loves to eat sweets they will like it . Adult people will also like it in dessert.If the cooker does not say anythings about it's ingredients , people will be puzzle about it. So we should try for it . It is very simple in cooking- just the following few steps.


 Ingredients-       1. carrots- 2ps 

                                  2. potatoes - 2 ps
                                  3. milk- 1/2 ltr

                                   4. ghee - 1 cup

                                   5. sugar- 1/2 cp

                                   6. cinnamon stick - 3 ps(small)

                                    7. cardamom pods - 2ps

                                    8. bay leaf ( tej pata) - 2 ps

                                    9. raisin - 2 tbsp

                                  10. pesta - 2 tbsp

                                  11. salt - 1 pinch     
                                                                                                           


           
                Method-  At first cut the carrots & potatoes into some small pieces. Wash them and then boil . After boiling blend them with milk. Now take a medium size pan and pour ghee in to it. Give cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves into it. Place it on the burner and wait for a minute. Then pour over blend milk and stir. Add sugar. Stir it properly until becomes thick.   Stop cooking when the halua is little oily. Lastly, add some salt and stir again for one minute. Then place the halua in a bowl and give raisins & pesta on it. Make it normal in temprature and serve.           
      


     



 

Egg's Jorda 

  

People cooks  jorda  with rice . But in this recipe jorda has been cooked with eggs. It is little different in cooking . Lets try for it-                                                          

    Ingredients- 1. egg- 6ps

                                     2. milk - 1/2 ltr

                                      3. sugar - 2 t-cp

                                      4. cinnamon - 3 small ps

                                      5. cardamom - 2 ps

                                      6. bay leaf - 2ps

                                      7. oil - 1/2 t-cp

                                     8. ghee- 3 tbsp

                                    10. raisin - 3 tbsp
                                                                           
                                    11. pesta - 2 tbsp (chopped)

                                    12. almond - 2 tbsp( chopped)

                                    13.salt - 1/4 tsp    
                          

     Direction - At first take a bowl and bit the eggs into it properly. Then  mix milk and sugar with egg. Now take medium size pan and place it on the burner in a medium flame. Pour both oil & ghee into it. Then give cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaves in it. Now pour the mixture into it and stir it as much as possible. Keep up stirring until it's become like fine seeds. When the jorda is little oily then stop cooking. Pour it into a round dish and add  the rest of the ingredients on it. Serve and enjoy Jorda.                                              

                                                                 

Gulab Jamun

The name Gulab Jamun is very familiar to the people who loves sweets specially from Bangladesh. People buys this sweet item from the shop. But it can be made easily at home.Let's see-


Ingredients- For the jamuns

                     1. milk powder - 1 cup (250 ml)
                     2. flour / moida - 1/4 cp
                     3. oil / ghee- 1 tsp (required)
                     4.  salt- 1 pinch
                     5.  baking powder- 1/2 tsp
                     6.  yogurt- 1 tbsp ( required)
                     7.  bitted egg- 1 ps
                     
         For the sugar syrup

       1. water- 2 cp
       2. sugar- 1.5 cp
       3. rose water- 1 tsp

Direction- At first take a round pan. Take water and sugar into it. Place it on the burner. Cook it until getting syrup consistency. Then add rose water and stop the burner.

                  Then mix milk powder with flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add oil or ghee and yogurt with it. Mix and keep on adding little of the yogurtto make a soft & sticky mixture.The dough should not be crumby or dry.If it is then add some yogurt . Sweet yogurt is better for the jamuns.

                 Now make small balls from the dough. Hit 2 cps of  oil into a deep pan and simmer the heat. Fry the jamuns until getting brown colour. When they become  golden brown in colour replace them into the sugar syrup. Let them soak in it for at least thirty minutes. Lastly, serve the Gulab Jamuns topping with some sugar syrup.
           

Fruits Delight


Ingredients-1.ripe mango- 1/2 cp ( cube cut)
                          2.pomegranate - 2 tbsp
                          3. apple - 1/2 cp(cube cut)
                          4. whipped cream- 1 cp
                          5. jello tin- 1 cp
                          6. cold milk- 2 tbsp
                          7. cherry- 1 or 2 ps                                            
                          8. banana- 1/2 cp (cube cut)

Method-   Beat the cream with milk. Boil the jello tin in some water. Take an old fashion glass and now, at first put some fruits into it. Then add the cream . Again give some fruits and pour jello tin. Then add again some cream, fruits with jello and place a cherry among them . Taste this yummy 
fruits delight in a hot summer day.



Chocolate Pudding- 

Ingredients- 1. milk powder- 6 tbsp
                           2. eggs - 6 ps
                           3. sugar- 1/2 cp
                           4. cream- 1/2 cp
                           5. chocolate- 2 tbsp
                           6. coco pwd- 1tbsp
                           7. butter- 1 tbsp

Method- At first mix the milk powder in a medium size water mug. Beat the eggs and mix milk . Then add cream, coco powder, sugar and finally chocolate. Now take the pudding pan and grease it with butter. Then pour  the pudding mixture into the pan . Now take a pressure cooker with some water and place the pudding pan  into it properly. Wait until 6 to 8 whistles. If there is no pressure cooker then use cooking steamer and wait for 20 to 25 minutes. Then put the pudding pan in a normal temperature . Finally, put it inside the freezer for some times. Enjoy chocolate pudding after a heavy meal.


 

Besan Sandesh

Ingredients- 1. besan  ( gram flour)- 2 cps
                            2. ghee- 1 and 1/2 cp
                            3.cinnamon pwd- 1/3 tsp
                            4. milk - 1/2 ltr
                            5. sugar - 1 tea cp
                            6. raisin - 1 tbsp ( required)
                            7. oil- 1/2 cp
                                                     
Method- Boil the milk with sugar until thick. Take a fry pan and put it on the stove in a medium flame. Pour both oil and ghee into it . Add besan when both are hot a little. Stir continuously and add some cinnamon powder and stir continuously until brown. Then add milk and simmer the pan. Stir again and after five to ten minutes you will notice that the besan will suck the milk and becoming oily. Then stop cooking when you can't move the cooking stick. Now make it normal in temperature . Now take some oil in your palm and make the sandesh.
