Yummy Beef & chickens

          
       We are fond of different dishes on beef and chickens. Really, these dishes are delicious and yummy if had been cooked properly. But one thing should be kept in mind that excessive eating of beef and chickens can increase our bad cholesterol . It can cause different diseases in our body. Although these kinds of food can be taken twice or thrice in a week.Yummy beef and  chicken recipes are following-


Cheesy Chicken Wrap



Ingredients- 1. chicken (cube cut)- 2 cups

                        2. cheese ( chopped)- 2 tbsp

                        3. onion (chopped)- 1/2 cp

                        4. green chilli ( chopped)- 2tsp

                        5. ginger paste - 1tsp

                       6. garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

                       7. tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp

                       8. flour- 2cps

                       9. salt- required

                     10. water- required

                     11. oil - 2 cps ( for shallow fry) 

Method- Take a bowl and make a dough with flour, 2 tbsp oil, half tsp salt and some water. Then keep it aside. Now take a pan and pour quarter cup oil into it. Place it on the burner . Give  the onions in it and stir them until become boiled. Now give half tsp salt, ginger, garlic and green chilli  with some water. When the masala is oily  enough add chickens. Stir the chicken and mix it with the masala properly. Add some water when chicken is infused properly. Add ketchup when chicken has been cooked properly. Wait two minutes in simmer. Then give cheese and again wait for two mins
. Mix the chicken with the cheese properly.

 Now take some dough and make a round shape bread. Take some chicken in it's middle. Fold it at first from left side and then right side. Squeeze  the bread in its' both top and bottom side like the picture. Make the rest in this way and keep them on a oily plate.
Lastly, fry them and enjoy Cheesy Chicken Wrap.



                                      Meat Loaf   


Ingredients- 1. Chicken kimma - 1 kg
                            2. mustard powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp
                            3. bread slice ( finely chopped)-2 ps
                            4. tomato ketchup- 1/3 cp
                            5. onions (finely chopped)- 2 tbsp
                            6. egg- 1ps
                            7. salt - 2 tsp
                            8. seasoning sauce-1 tbsp
                            9. black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
                          10. butter / ghee- 2 tbsp  
                                     
Method- At first chop the bread slice. Bit the egg . Now, mix egg, seasoning sauce, some tomato ketchup. salt, mustard powder and black pepper with bread kimma. Then mix the onions. Lastly, add kimma and ghee with this mixture.

                  Take a baking tray and brush it with oil or butter or ghee. Put the kimma mixture on the tray. Press it equally on the tray with your finger tips. Brush a light layer of tomato ketchup on it . Now bake it for 1& 1/2 hrs to 2 at 180 degree Celsius heat. Middle of the time move the tray for heat the loaf  properly. Then stop cooking. Make it normal in temperature and cut it as you like. Serve it with salad ( carrots, cucumber, chilies etc). You can also make sandwich by  the sliced meat loaf.


     Beef Steak-            
                                                  


       Ingredients- 1. one medium size steak (back side leg piece)
                                  2. oil - 1/2 cup
                                  3. white vinegar- 3 tbsp
                                  4. salt- 2 tsp
                                  5. ginger & garlic paste-2 tbsp
                                  6. black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
                                  7. onion (finely chopped)-1 cp
                                  8. garam masala paste- 1 tsp ( fragrant spice )

Method- At first wash the steak and marinade it with white vinegar, salt and ginger & garlic paste for three to four hours. Bit the steak with a fork to absorb the masala into it. Do it every hour during the marination period. After marination wash the steak  with some water and boil it in 1/2 ltr water.When it is boiled enough, marinate it again with fragrant spices' paste and black pepper powder for fifteen minutes. Then take a fry pan and pour oil into it. Add onion and wait until boiled enough. Now fry the steak in it's both side properly. When it is brown in color then stop cooking. 

          Cut it like the bread slice and have it with salad. Some people likes to have juicy beef steak. In that case we will need a sauce. It is as following.

       Ingredients- 1. soy sauce - 1 tsp
                              2. tomato sauce- 1 tsp
                              3. mince garlic (finely chopped)- 1 tbsp
                              4. corn flour- 1 tsp
                              5. butter- 1 tsp
                              6. sugar- 1 tsp
                              7. carrot- 1 tbsp (minced)

          Method- Take a pan and heat butter. Give the garlic into it and fry them for some while. Then add carrots and stir it. After one/two mins add soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and salt. Stir for some while.  Dilute the corn flour in three tsp water and add in the sauce.Stir nicely until the sauce getting thick in a low flame. Now pour the sauce in the steak and serve it hot with bread , salsa or vegetable etc.
                                      


                 Masala-e Beef     

              with  Bosnea bread    


This recipe is hot and spicy a little. It is for them who like to have spicy food. After eating this one must eat some sweets. Let's try-

Ingredients- 1.beef ( cube cut )- 1 kg
                       2.sour curd- 3 tbsp                                                 
                       3.vinegar-2 tbsp
                       4.ginger paste - 1 tbsp
                       5. garlic paste- 1 tsp
                       6. salt - 1 tsp 
                       7. cumin powder- 2 tsp
                      8. coriander powder - 1 tsp
                      9. black pepper powder - 1 tsp
                    10. black pepper seeds - 1 tbsp
                    11. green chili - 6 ps
                    12. red chili powder - 1 tsp
                    13. fragrant spices powder - 1/2 tsp
                    14. dried red chili - 4/5 ps
                    15. treacle or molasses - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
                    16. oil - quarter cp
                    17. ghee - 2 tsp
                    18. onions ( chopped )- 2 cp

Method- Take a bowl and marinate the beef with curd, ginger & garlic paste, vinegar, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and fragrant spices powder. Keep the bowl inside the freezer for three hours. Then take a medium size pan and heat both oil and ghee into it. Add onions and stir until golden brown in color. Then pour over the marinated beef with its masala properly. Cook the beef until oil comes on the beef and then add four cups of water to boil the beef. Stir and add green chili, pepper seeds, dried red chili when the beef boiled enough. Simmer the pan gently for ten minutes. After that add treacle and wait again five to ten minutes. Then stop cooking.

Making of bread- 

Ingredients - 1. flour - 2 cps
                        2. baking soda - 1 tsp
                        3. salt - 1 tsp ( required)
                        4. milk powder - 1 tbsp
                        5. oil -  as required for dough

Method- AT first make a dough with stated ingredients. Then keep the dough for thirty minutes. Then make round shape bread with the bread roller and fry them without oil in the bread pan.

The Masala- e Beef with bread will be hot & spicy enough but yummy at the same time.
