pantharas
Ingredients- 1. beef kimma( boiled)- 2cups
2.onions( chopped)- 1 cp
3.green chili(chopped)-2 tbsp(required)
4.coriander leaves(chopped)-2tbsp
5.black pepper- 1 tsp
6.garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
7. ginger paste- 1 tsp
8. salt-1 tsp(required)
9. carrots(chopped)- 1 cp
10. milk - 1 cp
11. flour - 2cps
12. egg- 2ps
13. bread crumbs- 2 cps
14.oil- 1 cps ( as required for shallow fry)
15.tomato sauce- 2 tsp
Method- At first take a fry pan and give two tbsp oil. Make it hot and stir the onions . When the onions became soft, add ginger & garlic paste with some water.Give some salt. After two minutes give kimma and stir it properly. Now add some water and boil it . When oil comes out on kimma add carrots, chilies, pepper, and sauce. After 2 or 3 minutes add coriander leaves and stop cooking.
Now take a bowl and mix milk, flour, 1/3 tsp salt, one egg with some water. It will be a thick liquid batter to make the pancake. Take another fry pan and grease some oil with a piece of cloth or paper napkin on it in a medium flame . Now give one scoop of batter over the pan and spread it like a round shape bread. Cover it for one minutes and then take it in a plate and put some cooked kimma into it. Fold it like a roll.The folding should be closed properly. In this way make the rest.
Now deep the pancakes into the beaten egg and then mix with bread crumbs one by one. Keep them in the freezer for two hours. Then fry and enjoy pantharas.
