Fish Cake


We know about different kinds of cake. Fish cake is also a kind of cake . Let's try-

 Ingredients- 1. Tuna fish(boiled) - 250 gm

                                 2. potato (boiled) - 1 cup
                                 
                                  3. Carrot(boiled) - 1/2 cup

                                  4. Black pepper- 2 tsp

                                  5. garlic paste -1/2  tsp

                                  6. onion (chopped) -  1/2 cp

                                  7. ginger paste -1/2 tsp 

                                  8. salt - required


                                  9.egg - 1 ps(required)


                                10. bread crumbs - 1 cup(required)


                                11.oil - 1/2 cup

  
                                12.tomato sauce- 2tbsp

                                13.mint leaves(chopped)- 2tbsp 


                               14.green chili- 2tsp


                                15. capsicum(chopped)- 1ps

                               


                               

                                
                                              

Method - At first take a  pan and make it hot on the burner. Give two table spoons oil on it. Fry the onion at first and when it is little brown give garlic and ginger paste, salt with some water. After two minutes give tuna fish and capsicum in it and cook until water disappeared. Add sauce and black pepper. The cooking tuna  will be oily a little. Then stop the burner.Make it normal and then mix potato and carrot with this properly. Mix  mint leaves and some chopped green chilies (as required). Now make some cakes. At first beat the egg in a round shape cup and in another plate take the crumbs. Dip the cakes into the egg at first and then mix them with crumbs one by one. Keep them in the freezer for two hours at least. Now any time fry them or keep them in the freezer. Serve tuna cake with bread and sauce.
