Fish Ball

Ingredients - 1. Tuna fish (boiled) - 1cup

                                   2.Onion(chopped) - 1/2 cp
                                                 
                                   3.green chili(chopped) - 2tsp

                                   4.mint leaves - 1/2 cp

                                   5.soy sauce - 1 tbsp

                                  6. ginger paste - 1 tsp

                                  7. garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

                                  8. carrots(boiled) - 1cp

                                  9. black pepper - 1 tsp

                                10. cumin powder - 1 tsp

                                11. egg - 2 ps

                                12. oil - 2 cps(for shallow fry)

                                13. flour - 1 cp

                                14. water - 1/2 cp (as required for mixing)

                                15. salt - 1 tbsp(required)

                                16.bread slice - 2 ps
                                17. tomato sauce- 1 tbsp

Method - AT first take a bowl and mix tuna fish with onion, green chili, mint leaves, carrot, soy sauce, ginger & garlic paste, cumin powder, black pepper, one egg, tomato sauce, salt and bread slice. Now take another small bowl and mix flour with egg, some black pepper, half tea-spoon salt and water. It should be a thick batter. Take a fry pan on the stove and pour oil into it in a medium flame. Make round shape fish ball and cover them with the batter properly. Finally, give them a shallow fry  and serve.
