Beef Cake
Ingredients- 1.rice flour- 6 cups
2.beef ( cube cut)- 1 cp
3.carrot &cucumber (grated)- 1 cup
4. mayonnaise - 1/2 cp
5. tomato sauce - 2 tbs
6. salt - required
7. green chili (chopped)- 2 ps
8. onion - 1/2 cp
10. mint leaves - 2 tsp
11. ginger paste- 1 tsp
12. garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
13. sour card- 1 tbsp
14. white vinegar- 1/2 tsp
15. cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
16. coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
17. black pepper powder- 1 tsp
18. water - as required
19.oil- 2 tbsp
20. semolina- 5 cps
21. sugar- 1/2 tsp
Method-
At first marinate the beef with ginger &garlic paste, sour curd, 1/4 tsp salt and vinegar for an hour.Then take a pan and give oil into it. Add onions and stir them until brown in a medium flame.
Now give the marinated beef into it and add cumin powder , coriander powder and some chopped green chili. Cook the beef until oil comes on beef. Add some water and boil the beef properly. Stop cooking when there is no water at all .Add sugar and stir it frequently until taste come.
Now make the batter in a bowl. Mix the rice flower with 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp salt, semolina and some water. It will be a thick batter. Take another bowl mix mayonnaise, sauce, green chili,mint leaves, and 1/2 tsp black pepper for making salad. Now take a non sticky fry pan ( deep korai) and grease some oil with a piece of cloth or paper napkin in a medium flame. Pour a scoop of batter into it and spread it a little. At first give some salad on the batter, then give some cooked beef , then give some salad again and lastly give a one more scoop on the cake. It should be covered with the last scoop of batter properly . Turn over it's another part after two minutes and wait again two minutes in the same way. In this way make the beef cakes with the rest of the ingredients. Serve the cakes with some sauce or chatny or vegetables etc as you like.
