Bread Fritters
Sometimes after having breakfast with bread and butter or jam we keep the rest of the slices inside the fridge. We can make something yummy with that rest. We can make bread fritters or bread pakora.
Ingredients- 1. bread slice- 4 ps
2. chicken kimma- 1/2 cp
3. ginger paste- 1/2 tsp
4. garlic paste- 1/4 tsp
5. cumin powder - 1 tsp
6. black salt - 3/4 tsp (bit salt)
7. salt- 1/2 tsp
8. onion- 1/2 cp( chopped)
9. carrots - 1/2 cp( finely chopped)
10. soy sauce- 1/2 tbsp
11. tomato ketchup- 2 tsp
12. egg - 2ps
13. vegetable oil- 1 cp (for fry)
14. parsley leaf- 2 tbsp
Method- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients with kimma as well as bread slice (chopped) except oil. It will be a thick paste. Now take a fry pan and give oil into it. Make the fritters just like the small balls. Fry them and serve with sauce or chutney.
