Chicken Puff

Chicken Puff is very easy to make. The important part of this recipe is it's dough. It's taste become amazing as much as it's dough is puffy and soft. Lukewarm water is useful here to make such a dough. Let's try-

Ingredients-   1. chicken kimma- 1 and 1/2 cp
                          2. flour (all purpose)- 1 cp
                          3. sugar - 1 tsp
                          4. salt - 1/2 tsp (required)
                          5. baking powder - 1 tsp
                          6. onion - 1/2 cp ( finely chopped)
                          7. oregano- 2 tsp (a kind of mint leaves)
                          8. green chili-  1 tsp ( chopped)
                          9. ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
                         10. garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
                         11. vegetable oil - 2 cp
                         12. tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp

Method-    At first take a bowl and make a dough with flour, 1/2 tsp salt, sugar, 2 tbsp oil, baking powder and some lukewarm water. Take some more water and oil if needed. Keep it for an hour.Take a fry pan and give some oil in it. Fry the onion until brown in color. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt and water. Add kimma and green chili when masala is ready. Mix kimma with the masala properly and add some water to boil . Add tomato ketchup and oregano when kimma is boiled and a little oily. Cover the pan and wait for two minutes in a simmer heat.
Now, make a medium size bread and also a small one. Add some kimma in the big one and then cover it with the little one. Fix them with your finger tips. In this way complete making the rest and you should put them on a oily tray. Deeply fry them and serve.
