Sweet and Sour Meat Balls

There are different types of meat balls' recipe  all through the world across Europe to Asia. Sweet and Sour Meat Balls has a recipe following Cantonese Chinese. Let's try

Ingredients-       For meat balls
  1. ground meat (kimma of any kind of meat)- 1 cp
  2. egg- 1 ps
  3. black pepper- 1/4 tsp
  4. flour (all purpose)- 1 tbsp
  5. salt- 1/2 tsp
  6. onion- 1 tbsp
  7. green chili - 1 tsp
                             
                        For the sauce

  1. vegetable oil- 2 tbsp

  2. onion- 1/2 cp ( chopped )
  3. soy sauce- 1 tsp
  4. apple cider vinegar- 1tsp
  5. Thai sweet chili sauce- 2 tbsp
  6. ketchup- 2 tbsp
  7. water- 2 tbsp
  8. corn starch- 1/2 tsp

Method-  At first mix the ingredients with meat and make some balls. Give them a shallow fry until brown in color in a medium flame. Keep them aside. Now make the sweet and sour sauce. Take a medium size sauce pan. Add oil in a medium flame . Fry onion until tender. Then add all the sauce ingredients and simmer the pan for twenty minutes. Then add meat balls and cook until the sauce thickened enough. Serve hot.
