Noodles
Ingredient- 1.noodles - 180grams
2.chopped carrots- 1 cup
3. green peas - 1 cp
4.chopped potatoes - 1/2 cp
5. chopped onions -1/2 cp
6. green chili (chopped)- 1 tbsp
7. chicken (cube cut) - 1 cp
8.soy sauce -2 tbsp
9.ginger paste - 1 tsp
10. garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
11.capsicum (chopped) - 1 cp
12. egg(omelette) - 2 ps
13. salt -as required
14. butter - 2 tbsp
15. water - as required

Method - At first take a fry pan. Put it on the burner and take butter into it. When it is hot a little, give onion and stir it until boiled. Then add some water, salt, ginger and garlic paste with it. Cook two minutes and then give chicken into it. Cook it until oil comes up and then add the vegetables with it except capsicum. After two minutes add some water to cook properly. Add soy sauce and stop cooking if chicken and vegetables are boiled properly .
Now take another fry pan and fry the eggs with some salt. And cut the omelette into small pieces. Then take another cooking pot and boil the noodles. After boiling, pour it over a round strainer and hold it under the running water for some seconds.
Finally, mix the noodles with the cooked vegetables and add capsicum, green chili and eggs. Cover the pan in a low flame for five minutes. If necessary add some salt. Garnish it with coriander or mint leaves and serve.
