Fish Kabab

Eating fish is a healthy habit and the people of all ages could not avoid it's benefits.Fish is a low fat food and high in many nutrients; such as- high quality protein,iodine,vitamins, and minerals. It is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids ( the good fats ) and our bodies could not produce these.These are important to maintain cardiovascular health, neurological development, beneficent in cardiac arrhythmia( irregular heartbeats), depression reducing and halting mental decline in older people.To meet omega-3 fatty acids' requirements, eating fatty fish like salmon, trout, sardines, tuna fish etc. at least once or twice a week is recommended.

In Cooking Recipe some fish items are introduced already. A one more fish item named Fish Kabab has been given below- 

Ingredients- 1.salmon fish- 1/2 kg (boiled)
                           2. potato and carrot- 1 cp(mashed)
                           3. salt- 1/2 tsp
                           4. soy sauce- 2 tbsp
                           5. Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp
                           6. ginger + onion paste-1 and 1/2 tsp
                           7. garlic paste- 1 tsp
                           8. egg - 2 ps (beaten)
                           9. mint leaves- 2 tsp( chopped)
                          10.green chili- 2 tbsp( chopped)
                          11. cumin powder- 1 tsp
                           12. fried onion( beresta)- 2 tbsp
                            13. black pepper powder- 2 tsp   14. oil- 1 cp
Method- At first boil the fish with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/3 tsp turmeric powder. Dry off water and then remove the bones from fish.Now add mashed potato and carrot and the rest of the ingredients with fish. Now make round shape kabab and give them a shallow fry. Serve the kababs with chutny or sauce, cucumber etc.
