Cheese
Cheese is an ancient food made from milk. There are more than 300 varieties of cheese- including American, Cheddar, Mozzarella and Colby. Cheese contains many essential nutrients like calcium, protein and many more. It can be high in saturated fat and sodium. Sodium helps to regulate blood pressure and transmission of nerve signals. But too much sodium causes high blood pressure as well as fluid build up in people with congestive heart failure, cirrhosis or kidney disease. In that case one or two slices of cheese a day is beneficent but more that can cause the above diseases. 

People likes to have different kind of cooking cheese. Today we will see how to make - 
Cheese finger


Ingredients-

  • cottage cheese- 150 gm
  • corn flour- 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
  • red chili powder-1 tsp
  • flour(all purpose)- 2tbsp
  • black pepper- 1/2 tsp(pwdr)
  • bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • oil- 2 cp
  • salt- 1/3 tsp

Method- At first chop the cheese as like fingers' size. Then marinate them with lemon juice, salt and red chili powder for twenty minutes. Take a small bowl and prepare batter with corn flour , flour, pepper and salt. Add some water for a thick paste. Take the bread crumbs in another plate. Now take the marinated cheese and coat each in batter and then roll in bread crumbs. Keep them in the freezer for an hour. Heat the oil in a fry pan . Drop the cheeses when the oil is hot a little. Fry them in a medium flame until golden brown in color. Now serve with chutney or sauce.
