Chicken Nuggets
Maximum people likes to eat chicken nuggets as tiffin. It is undoubtedly a chicken item made of meat slurry (kimma) or chicken breasts cut to shape breaded or battered then deep fried or baked. The chicken nuggets was invented by Robert C. Baker in 1950s. He was a food science professor at Cornell University. Let's try for this recipe.........
Ingredients-
- chicken kimma- 1and 1/2 cp
- ginger and garlic paste- 1tbsp
- onion paste- 1and 1/2 tbsp
- green chili paste- 1/2 tsp
- black pepper powder- 1 tsp
- salt-1/2 tsp
- black salt / bit lobon- 1/2 tsp
- tomato sauce- 1 tsp
- corn flour- 1 cp ( required)
- bread crumbs - 1cp( required)
- flour- required
- egg- 2 ps
- vegetable oil- 2 cp
Method- At first take a bowl and mix all the paste masala, salt, black salt,black pepper and tomato sauce with kimma. If kimma became soft and watery then mix some flour to make it sticky. Now take another bowl and beat the eggs' white into it. Arrange bread crumbs and corn flour in two separate plates.
Now make the nuggets (shape as you like) and at first roll them in the corn flour then dip in the egg. Finally, roll them in the bread crumbs. Keep them on a tray and freeze them for two hours at least.
Take a fry pan and heat two cups of oil for deep fry. Fry two or three nuggets together. Simmer the pan and fry them until golden brown in color. Serve with sauce.
