Grilled Chicken

The concept of Grill Chicken is more or less familiar to everyone. Grilling is a form of cooking which actually involves dry heat on the surface of food commonly from above or below. This process of cooking involves a significant amount of direct and radiant heat for a quick cooking. Specially, any kind of meat can be cooked on grill pan or in gridiron.  Grilled food can be lower in saturated fat if the fat is allowed to drip out after it liquefies. Skinless chicken is suitable for grilling.
                                               
Ingredients-  1.chicken- 8 ps (medium)
                   2.ginger paste- 2tbsp
                   3. garlic paste- 1tbsp 
                   4. onion paste- 1 cp
                   5. lemon juice- 1/3 cp
                   6. sour curd-  2 tbsp
                   7. green chili paste- 2 tsp
                   8. salt- 1 tsp (required)
                   9. joyphal (nutmeg) paste- 1/3 tsp
                 10. tanduri masala- 1 and 1/2 tsp
                 11. ghee- 4 tbsp
                 12.Almond nut paste- 1 tbsp
                 13. raisin paste- 2 tsp
                 14. black pepper- 1tsp

Method-  At first wash the pieces of chickens and take them in a bowl without any water. Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinate for three to four hours. Then take a grill pan ( available in the super market) and set it on the stove. Grease some ghee on it and brush some ghee on the pieces also. Fry the pieces in a medium flame. After ten minutes turn over their another parts and brush some ghee. When the meats are boiled and looked like the pictures then stop cooking. Serve with Salad.
