Italian Cheese Pasta
Ingredients- 1. Pasta- 2 and 1/2 cup
2. chicken cube- 1/2 cp
3.shrimp (peeled)- 1/2 cp
4. chopped vegetables- 1 cp
5. tomato sauce- 5 tbsp
6. chili sauce- 5 tbsp
7. red chili powder- 1 tsp
8. white pepper powder- 1 tsp
9. soy sauce- 3 tbsp
10. chopped cheese- 1/2 cp
11. mint leaves- required
12.onion- 1 cp
13. olive oil- 3/4 tbsp
14. ginger paste + garlic paste- 1 tsp
Method- Select vegetables as tomato (seed less), cucumber, capsicum, carrot, baby corn, mushroom, green spinach etc.Boil pasta in a pan with some salt. Pour the pasta over a strainer and immediately give some normal water on pasta. The pasta should be half boiled. Take a fry pan and give some oil into it. Add onion in a medium flame. Stir onion until boiled and add the shrimps with some salt. After two minutes, add the vegetables and pasta. . At first give mushrooms and baby corn . Add some water to boil them. Afterwards, add chicken and the rest of the vegetables. Add all kinds of sauce and chili powder one by one. Mix them properly. Simmer the pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Lastly add cheese, tomato and mint leaves. Stop burner and just cover the pan for 5 minutes.Then serve in a hot dish.
